KKM Galaxy Import and Export Pvt.Ltd., Chennai, India regularly imports Refined Palm Oil CP8 and CP10 from Indonesia/Malaysia and Crude Sunflower Oil from Russia, Ukraine and Brazil after signing the agreement with direct suppliers:

For all the above products, our contract and final agreement with suppliers will be based on the following terms and conditions:

Our Payment terms with our direct suppliers

Our authorised Investor’s Investment Company will issue the 100% SBLC/USANCE LC 90 DAYS and 100% cash banked bank guarantee with top 25 International banks (Up to Euro/US$ 500 Million).

Upon arrival of each shipment, the total invoice amount will be transferred to the direct supplier’s bank account directly within 30 days by TT.

Our Payment terms with our direct buyers

We have signed agreement with our domestic direct buyer’s monthly and yearly requirement for the above products which will be 5,00,000 MT. per year (Five Lakhs Metric Tonnes per year).

Our payment terms with our domestic direct buyer will be Invoice against payment.

Operation Mode – SBLC/BG/USANCE L/C

After completion of due-diligence by our Investor’s Investment Company for each supplier’s business model and their banker’s credit and discounting facilities, on behalf of buyer (KKM Galaxy Import and Export Pvt.Ltd., Chennai, India), our Investor’s Investment Company will complete the Contract/Agreement with direct seller before start issuing SBLC/BG/Usance L/C. Once the procedure is complete with the Investor’s Investment Company between applicant and beneficiary, the direct supplier will start supplying the products as per agreement.

Shipment, Import and Custom Clearance

We have enlisted our Company with the following Ports with respect to Bonded Warehouse, Storage including the pipeline facilities at each location. We have also appointed our own authorised Import/Customs Clearance Agent for clearing each shipment at all locations:

Conclusion

As we have organised regular monthly shipment from the direct sellers, we have no issues in supplying the required quantity to our domestic buyer’s regular requirement.
